At Nutrined, we aim to ensure that your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
Depending on the destination country, we offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping
2–5 business days
Standard Shipping is available for selected countries at a fixed shipping rate.
The availability of Standard Shipping and the applicable fixed rate depend on the destination country and are automatically displayed during checkout.
Express Shipping
1–2 business days
For faster delivery, you can choose Express Shipping.
Unlike Standard Shipping, Express Shipping does not have a fixed rate. The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery destination, total weight and volume of your shipment.
The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipping of Refrigerated Products
Products that require refrigeration upon arrival are always shipped via Express Shipping and packed in an insulated box for additional protection during transit.
The insulated packaging helps protect the products from exposure to extreme temperatures and limits temperature fluctuations during transport. Please note that the shipment itself is not actively refrigerated.
Upon delivery, these products should be placed in the refrigerator promptly and stored according to the storage instructions on the product label.
Wednesday: no further shipments to distant non-EU destinations.
Thursday: shipments only within Europe.
Friday: no shipments of refrigerated products.
International Shipping
United Kingdom
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, applicable taxes and import-related charges are handled as part of the ordering and shipping process.
This means that you will not be asked to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
Other International Destinations
For deliveries outside the European Union, other than the United Kingdom, customs duties, local taxes or other import-related charges may apply.
Unless otherwise indicated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery.
